On my way home tonight, a mama oppossum and her babies had been run over.  Two of the babies were crawling in the street crying.   I didn’t know if they would bite me, or what disease they might have, but they were so little, crawling around in circles, crying.  I just couldn’t leave them there to end up like their siblings and their mama.   I put them in a paper bag and brought them home.  I’ve tried to give them water, superfood and goats milk.  They didn’t want any of it.  Not sure what to do with them.  Had them stuffed in my bra between my boobs for the last hour.  They liked it there, but I need to get ready for bed and I’m afraid the little nocturnal creatures might wander off and I’d roll over and squish them, only to have slightly delayed their final destination.  I’m hoping I can find someone to take them soon!

…update, took the babies to PAWS.  They will take care of them until they’re old enough to be set free.

Isn't he cute?!
